Galaxy Note 3, Note 2, S4, S3, and S2 Flash to Boost, Virgin Mobile, Ting, etc.
These instructions should work for Boost, Virgin Mobile, Ting, other Sprint MVNO, and legacy plans such as SERO, etc. I followed my exact steps as described in the Galaxy S3 thread...and guess what...it worked. Even the *2 (launches Sprint Zone app) method to activate the phone via WiFi also worked. I didn't do anything special on it whatsoever.
Assumptions:
1) You have your Samsung Galaxy phone USB drivers loaded.
2) You know how to configure your phone to get to Diag mode.
3) You know how to configure DFS to add the serial port where your phone is connected.
4) You know your phone's MSL and Samsung password and have entered both in DFS.
5) Go to the Programming tab, click on General. I'm also assuming you know what to do here. Hint: Look at the MEID field and ONLY the MEID field.
The steps below is how to get 3G working and activate the phone using DFS v4.6.4.1 (or newer):
1) Go to the Programming tab.
2) Click on the Data sub tab.
3) Click on Read button.
4) Under PAP:

5) Under HDR AN:
NAI: MEID@hcm.sprintpcs.com (MEID in HEX) - For Sprint and Boost OR

How to Flash Sprint Note 3 to Reliance/Cricket/Metro
How to Flash Sprint Note 3 to Reliance/Cricket/Metro
Without SPC code , Sprint Note 3 CDMA Flashing.
Root Required
Install Terminal Emulator or use "adb tool" cmd from pc
1) Enable hidden menu.Type below cmd
adb shell
su
am broadcast -a android.provider.Telephony.SECRET_CODE -d android_secret_code://HIDDENMENUENABLE (then select enable hidden menu)
2) Create Com port. Type below cmd
am broadcast -a android.provider.Telephony.SECRET_CODE -d android_secret_code://IOTHIDDENMENU (and here you go a menu to enable diag edit mdn and min and some other features).
3)Connect phone via DFS tool
send this code : 2012112120131219 , log will show phone is Unlocked
on the SPC tab select "Ignore SPC"
4) Go to NAM & entered all required details & write plr through pc or load from server.
5) Go to DATA & enter 1x & 3g username & password.
thn reboot the phone , after reboot you'll get the signal.
I have tested this method for Reliance CDMA network.
Gurus , help me to get SPC code . this is required for GSM unlocking, as S4 & HTC one.
How to Get MSL/SPC code
No Root Required
Here is some steps which i used.
1. enable USB debug
2. connect phone with the pc , it will ask you for permission. click on check box & Ok.
3. run the cmd "adb devices" it will show you (see screenshot)

if not(offline) pl update your adb tool. search on Google "latest adb for 4.3 or 4.2.2 android".
4. Copy GETMSL.bat into adb folder & run
5. Dial ##3424# enter 123456
6. cmd will not show you any output.
7. goto adb folder & open logcat.txt file (dnt close cmd)
8. search "I/MSL_Checker" press enter 4-5 times & you'll get the MSL code.(see screenshot)

Flash Sprint Galaxy S3 to Page Plus the Easy Way
Ok, so you have a Sprint Samsung Galaxy S3, [SPH-L710] and you want to Flash it to Page Plus?
[I'm assuming this will work for ANY carrier, but we all know what assuming does...]
Take it to dealer and have the MEID activated.
Flash the PRL of carrier you want to switch to, restart phone.
You'll also need to change the SPC on the Phone to 000000
Here's the trick, you need another phone with the dial pad open and ready.
hold the other phones speaker to the mic of the S3
Dial *228 on the S3 you want activated.
When it asks you to press 1, press one on the other phone,
The S3 will hear the dial, and proceed to program it for you.
[Back in the day if you recorded the tones that were made from a payphone after paying, you could play it back,, it would hear the dial, and think you paid, when you didn't]
Now Flash a correct PRL [I have provided a copy I used for Page Plus]
No Roaming Signal
CDMA - EvDo Rev.A

Guide on flashing your iPhone 4 (CDMA) to metroPCS
Hi,
I'm starting a thread on how to flash the iPhone 4 (CDMA) to metroPCS because when I was looking for it on Google it took me so long.
This is only for the Verizon iPhone 4 (CDMA).
First off it doesn't matter whether or not the iPhone 4 (CDMA) you have has a good or bad ESN. metro doesn't care.
Keep in mind only talk and text works. All data
will require WiFi but you can't beat unlimited talk and text for $40 (plus $5 unlimited international texting).
Now. You will need to download

Configuring the phone for use on metroPCS
the metroPCS PRL
1. Jailbreak using either redsn0w (4.2.9) or JailbreakMe (4.2.8 and lower)
2. Download afc2add on Cydia
3. Open iPhoneBrowser
4. Go to /System/Library/Carrier Bundles
5. Scroll all the way down to Zeppelin_US.bundle
6. Delete the 310VZW.prl file first then drag the metroPCS 1038 PRL file there
metroPCS Roaming Lists
1. Dial *22801 on your iPhone (on the top left it should say Roaming)
2. Follow voice directions to get the latest Roaming Lists
3. When it's Done it should say Service Update Complete
Your phone is now fully configured for use on metroPCS. Easy right?
To get your ESN you need to convert it from the MEID number the iPhone gives you.
The ESN should be an 18 digit number (there should be no letters). Google for a MEID to ESN converter.
Now the hard part.
Getting your iPhone's ESN added into the metroPCS inventory
I learned this the hard way but you can't just go to a metroPCS store and have them add it for you. This is applicable not only for iPhones but for all flashed phones. The only way they can add it is if you're phone is officially flashable with metroflash. Why? Because there software adds the ESN automatically when the phone is flashed.
To have it added manually you have to find someone who is willing to do it. Most corporate stores will do it but they will charge you for it.
To verify your ESN has been added
(link) and check if your ESN is verified as a metroPCS ESN.
Anyways after your ESN is added all you have to do is either
Dial *228 on your phone and talk to customer service (important!) and have them add them switch the phones for you, it should be done automatically.
or
Go to a metroPCS store and have them add it for you.
After that, talk and text should be working on metroPCS.
Some things to note:
There won't be a carrier name showing on the top but you can just use FakeCarrier or something to do it. Honestly though, I prefer the clean look of having no carrier name though.
If you want to get rid of the O next to the carrier name or signal bars. Just disable Cellular Data. It's an indication saying it couldn't connect

Updated Guide IOS 6 Sprint iPhone 4 flash to Page Plus with 3g and MMS
Well i cant edit my old post so i thought i would start a new one with a updated guide on flashing a sprint iphone 4 to page plus. Its pretty much the same process with updated steps for ios6.
Well i posted recently that i acquired a iphone flashed to page plus. Well i didnt know it was a sprint iphone and thought it was a verizon one so i restored it and was left with no data. So i went on a mission and after many hours finally figured out the right combination of settings to get it working. So i thought i would share it with everyone on here because i cant find anywhere else how to do this other than paying someone large amounts of money which i dont have. But any on how to flash it.
You must have a sprint iphone 4. Clean esn or bad esn is ok. This will not work on a verizon iphone with bad esn. Will not work on any iphone 4s. Page plus does not except bad verizon esn. You need to be jail-broken and on ios5 or ios6. This should work on any ios 6 version.
You can activate any clean esn verizon iphone 4 or 4s without flashing, just call and add esn to account then program phone.
Onto Flashing:
Need to be jailbroken use red snow which is for mac and windows
Next add this repo into cydia
cydia.cdmaelite.com
Install ComCenter Patch and Install cricket carrier bundle from repo
Next you need to download the page plus bundle attached at the bottom of this post.
Then connect your iphone to your computer and use a file browser to open files installed on your iphone (I used diskaid).
Navigate too /system/Library/Carrier Bundles/Iphone/ and open the cricket bundle folder
Now erase everything inside and replace the contents with the page plus files
Reboot your phone and the new settings should be plugged into the phone.
Now we need to program the phone so open up the Dailer
dial ##626
then 000000
Then you input your MDN and MIN in the blanks
Then dial *228 and your phone will be programmed
now dial *22890 or *22800 or *22801 and select option 2 and that inputs the new prl.
Well you should be all set with everything working. Let me know how it goes (:
As we know the ios6 jailbreak is a tethered one, which means you have to boot up from a computer every time the device is shut off, well there is a way around this, if you dont mind losing the jailbreak
all it takes is a restore back to stock from itunes, the flash remains in the settings ( the only way to erase the flash is a network settings reset) to get data working you have to turn data roaming on
You are not actually roaming it thinks its on sprint and roaming on verizon but you actually arnt.
Well i hope it works for everyone and let me know if you need any help below and success feedback as well (:

What you need:

Step 0. Put your verizon non-active sim card on the phone.
Step 1. Jailbreak your iphone. I use evad3rs jailbreak since my iphone is running 7.0.4.
Step 2. Install ifile and tetherme on your phone, you can buy them from cydia.
Step 3. Download the page plus prl file
Step 4. If you download the file(prl file) to your computer you need to put in your phone, if that is the case you need to install afc2add and a iphone browser. You can put it anywhere in your phone, I put mine in usr>downloads.
Step 5. Go here System/library/carrier bundles/iphone/
Step 6. rename Verizon_LTE_US.bundle to VerizonBackup.bundle.
Step 7. rename Tracfone_US.bundle to Verizon_LTE_US.bundle.
Step 8. Copy pageplus.prl to Verizon_LTE_US.bundle(the tracfone bundle renamed) and renamecarrier.prl to carrierbackup.prl, finally rename pageplus.prl to carrier.prl.
Step 9. Remove and reinsert the sim card without rebooting. Carrier should say TFW. Activate the phone with pageplus using your phone meid.
Step 10. Dial *22890, let the phone program. You should get the programming successfully message on the screen.
that's it, I am getting 3G on the phone. Will post a youtube video with the instructions later.

Step 9. Remove and reinsert the sim card without rebooting. Carrier should say TFW. Activate the phone with pageplus using your phone meid.
Step 10. Dial *22890, let the phone program. You should get the programming successfully message on the screen.
that's it, I am getting 3G on the phone. Will post a youtube video with the instructions later.

Guide on flashing your iPhone 4 (CDMA) to metroPCS
Hi,
I'm starting a thread on how to flash the iPhone 4 (CDMA) to metroPCS because when I was looking for it on Google it took me so long.
This is only for the Verizon iPhone 4 (CDMA).
First off it doesn't matter whether or not the iPhone 4 (CDMA) you have has a good or bad ESN. metro doesn't care.
Keep in mind only talk and text works. All data
will require WiFi but you can't beat unlimited talk and text for $40 (plus $5 unlimited international texting).Now. You will need to download

Configuring the phone
for use on metroPCSthe metroPCS PRL
1. Jailbreak using either redsn0w (4.2.9) or JailbreakMe (4.2.8 and lower)
2. Download afc2add on Cydia
3. Open iPhoneBrowser
4. Go to /System/Library/Carrier Bundles
5. Scroll all the way down to Zeppelin_US.bundle
6. Delete the 310VZW.prl file first then drag the metroPCS 1038 PRL file there
metroPCS Roaming Lists
1. Dial *22801 on your iPhone (on the top left it should say Roaming)
2. Follow voice directions to get the latest Roaming Lists
3. When it's Done it should say Service Update Complete
Your phone is now fully configured for use on metroPCS. Easy
right?To get your ESN you need to convert it from the MEID number the iPhone gives you.
The ESN should be an 18 digit number (there should be no letters). Google for a MEID to ESN converter.
Now the hard part.

I learned this the hard way but you can't just go to a metroPCS store and have them add it for you. This is applicable not only for iPhones but for all flashed phones. The only way they can add it is if you're phone is officially flashable with metroflash. Why? Because there software

To have it added manually you have to find someone who is willing to do it. Most corporate stores will do it but they will charge you for it.
